Victoria was born in Ecuador and raised in Venezuela until 2000, when she immigrated to Victoria, BC.
In Venezuela, she got a Degree in Business administration, but since she immigrated to Canada, she has been providing childcare.
After discovering her true passion and almost 20 years in the field, Victoria funded Little Campus Montesorri Preschool.
When she realized childcare was her true vocation, she enrolled in the ECE program, and in 2015, she concluded her studies obtaining her Early Childhood Educator certification.
After graduating, Victoria worked in some local daycares caring for children, including ones with special needs. While building her experience and learning about different teaching philosophies, she discovered the world of Montessori. She fell in love with how this philosophy offers children more opportunities to learn while playing, so she decided to expand her knowledge of the Montessori philosophy by working as a preschool directress in a local Montessori Preschool and enrolling in the West-Mont Montessori Teacher Training program. These experiences gave her the classroom management, scheduling, time management, and curriculum planning skills to run a Montessori classroom for children ages 3 to 6 years old.
Victoria’s drive and desire to deepen her knowledge of the Montessori philosophy for younger kids drove her to obtain her Infant and Toddler Certificate and Certificate in Montessori infant and toddler.
Mrs.Victoria admires children’s natural curiosity, tremendous learning potential, and ability to discover the world. She decided to establish Little Campus Montessori Preschool to provide a nurturing environment and multi-sensorial curriculum to help young children develop their potentials to the fullest. With a Latin background and immersion into Canadian culture, Victoria is able to provide the perfect balance between the two cultures and prepare the ideal learning program for children ages 3 to 5.
